Avenue School Choir

Children from year 3 - 6 are members of our school choir. In it's fourth year now, Miss Curtis had a growing number of children attending last year and Mrs Underwood hopes to maintain it this year.

The choir sang at De Montfort Hall last Summer as part of the 'Leicester Music Festival'. Also, the choir sang in a 'Rainbows' fund-raising concert on Tuesday December 13th 2017 at St James The Greater.

Singing is a really excellent way of making music. It supports the children's development in many areas including memory skills. A great social activity and a place to learn alongside children from other year groups.

There are still places available in the choir. Speak to the office for a permission slip.

There is a 50p charge per week for this club.
