If your child is on the SEND register, they will be given an individual pupil passport.

The pupil passport is a tool for the class teacher to track the progress of children identified as SEND. It is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions that children are getting and also contains information about the needs of child.

A one-page profile at the beginning of each pupil passport to gather pupil voice and give an overview of the child from their perspective.

SEND Review Meetings take place each term so the pupil passport can be reviewed and updated with the child, parents / carers and the class teacher.
