Our arrangements for consulting with parents and carers
A child on the SEND register will have three SEND review meetings termly with parents and class teacher (SENCO if required). This is a meeting to discuss your child’s progress towards their individual targets. Your child’s current targets will be discussed and together you will decide if your child has met each target. New targets will then be set and agreed by you, the class teacher and your child. During the meeting a SEND review form will be completed to document the meeting and set the new targets for your child. You will receive a letter from your child's class teacher to invite you to the review meetings.
These review meetings will be held :
Autumn Term 2 - November 2023
Spring Term 2 - February/ March 2024
Summer Term 2 - June 2024
In individual cases home school link books are used to support communication between school and home.
