• Challenge Partner Review March 2019

  The staff and children are feeling incredibly proud of ourselves when we had visitors last week. One was a trained Ofsted inspector and the other three visitors were senior staff from other schools outside of Leicester. 

   

  The findings of their review are written in a report which we are incredibly pleased with. We feel that it is an accurate reflection of our super school.

• Writing parent workshop

  Come and speak with your child's class teacher about writing! Would you like to know how to support your child more in writing?

  We are holding a writing workshop on Thursday 15th March 3.30-4.30pm.

  You will be able to see the expectations within your child's year group and have the opportunity to ask questions about how children progress in the subject, as well as learning new ideas to help them.

• World Book Day - Friday 9th March

  World Book Day

   

  We will be celebrating World Book Day on Friday 9th March.

  The children will be immersing themselves in book and book related learning for the full day.  We encourage the children to dress up as their favourite book character, bringing the book to school that matches their costume. The children will have the chance to show off their costumes to the other year groups in our World Book Day assembly.

  Please bring either £1 or a donation of a book for our school library too.

• Avenue After School Club
