The strategy we use to help with recognising numbers is, "See the number, say the number."

 

Help your child to recognise and order numbers.  Cut out the numbers on the sheet show them to your child. Make learning numbers fun by going on a number hunt, or pegging numbers onto a washing line.  Practise learning numbers up to 10 and then 20.

 

We will be teaching numbers at school daily too.
